There are some fat burning foods that if added to your eating program can enhance your ability to lose weight. Also there are some incredibly bad foods that if you eat will make you gain more weight. We will go over them so that you will know which foods to eat and which ones to avoid. Here is the list:</p>
<p>Foods that make you fat:</p>
<p>French Fries &#8211; these are deep fried potatoes and one of the worst foods for you</p>
<p>Sodas &#8211; Full of sugar, these are just empty calories</p>
<p>Potato Chips &#8211; Just like French fries these are just full of oil</p>
<p>Fat Burning Foods:</p>
<p>Oatmeal &#8211; This food is full of fiber which is huge when it comes to losing weight</p>
<p>Protein Powder &#8211; Making a protein shake is even better than eating meat. It is high in protein which builds muscle. More muscle mass is a proven fat burner.</p>
<p>Salmon or Fish Oil &#8211; Full of Omega 3 fatty acid which is the good fat. This form of fat is vital in helping you lose weight.</p>
<p>This is just a partial list of the foods that are good and bad for you. It is important to know that if you must eat the bad foods do so in moderation. A little bad never hurt anyone, but too much can actually kill you. The fat burning foods listed should be added to your diet immediately to help you achieve your goal of weight loss.</p>

<p>Since chronic inflammation is linked to diseases ranging from asthma and arthritis to Chron&#8217;s disease and an increased risk for heart attacks&#8211;you&#8217;ll want to keep it under control.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re not sure whether you&#8217;re susceptible to chronic inflammation, your doctor can run what&#8217;s called a C-reactive protein test to determine if your body is suffering from the redness, swelling and heat associated with inflammation. Since it can be inside of you and not outside, it can be hard to tell.</p>
<p>Your diet and lifestyle play a big role in controlling chronic inflammation. You can also help control it with supplements. More on those in a minute.</p>
<p>First, the foods for reducing inflammation are fruits, fish, nuts, beans, whole grains and some spices such as ginger and turmeric. The foods you hear the most about are the ones like fatty fish and walnuts which are rich in necessary Omega 3 nutrients. Coldwater fish like mackerel, tuna and salmon are especially rich in these nutrients&#8211;particularly something called DHA.</p>
<p>Most Western diets are rich in another essential fatty acid, Omega 6 but deficient in Omega 3&#8217;s. In fact,nutritionists say the average person gets 10-20 times as much Omega 6&#8217;s as they do Omega 3&#8217;s. Both are important in healthy body functions but the Omega 3&#8217;s are the ones necessary for reducing inflammation.</p>
<p>Moderate exercise and a diet rich in olive oil, fish, beans and vegetables will help control inflammation.</p>
<p>You can also use fish oil supplements as part of your health regimen. Good quality fish oil supplements will ensure you&#8217;re getting pure fish oil without harmful toxins like lead and mercury. Fish may be swimming in polluted waters and so experts don&#8217;t recommend eating more than 2-3 servings per week. Plus, some fish oil supplements are also created from polluted fish.</p>

<p>Young or old, the right diet or additions to an already healthy diet can do wonders for someone trying to grow taller or reach his or her maximum height potential. Your body needs a balanced diet to function correctly, with the correct combination of nutrients for proper cell growth. Which of these nutrients are most used by the body to grow taller? What foods do you eat to get these nutrients? Can increasing intake result in a tangible height increase, even for people who aren&#8217;t young anymore? Read on to find out.</p>
<p>In particular, a balanced diet contains recommended amounts of proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats, and carbohydrates, but for the purpose of natural height increase, the first three items play the biggest role.</p>
<p>Eggs, milk, fish, and legumes like beans, soybeans, alfalfa, lentils, and peas are best to add more of to your diet in order to get plenty of amino acids in proteins which in turn help in the body&#8217;s production of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) the primary building block for growth. A trick to eating beans, so that they produce less flatulence and stomach discomfort, is to soak them overnight before cooking. Beans contain stachyrose and raffinose which cannot be processed by the small intestine, and pass to the colon causing all sorts of stomach upset, but the overnight soak helps break these elements down for easier absorption.</p>
<p>As to minerals for growing taller, you may have guessed that calcium is king. Just as some foods are rich in this mineral, there are also calcium inhibitors, which, exactly as it sounds, can stunt growth. These no-no&#8217;s include coffee, refined sugar, alcohol, cigarettes, and too much salt and fat.</p>
<p>In order to add height and not girth, replace some of the carbohydrates like bread, pasta and rice with more servings of beans, fish, eggs and other protein-rich foods, and finish off the meal with milk or any other calcium providing drink.</p>
<p>This diet adjustment should kick your growth rate up a notch, but in order to maximize your potential to grow taller, you will also need to know the proper exercises and height-gain habits that go with it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are a number of muscle building foods that you can add to your diet especially if you feel that you need a bit of help in that department but there are two misconceptions that you should try to avoid at all times. One: subscribing to an all protein diet. And two: favoring prepackaged diet foods in favor or real food.</p>
<p>An all protein diet was promulgated during the mid-1980s, most of which runs in the vein of literally drinking 6 to 12 eggs per day. But that diet is so pass&eacute;, especially now that eggs are considered to be too calorific to be taken more than once a week. In other words, an all protein diet (or egg rich diet, for that matter) is not a very good option to take if you want to build up muscle mass.</p>
<p>Likewise, a diet consisting of prepackaged diet foods has been proven to be detrimental to body building as well. These foods are packed with sugar, salt, extenders and preservatives just to make them slightly palatable. At the same time, portions are severely limited so as not to make the person gain weight. The best muscle building foods still remain those that are fresh and those that have undergone as little processing as possible. As such, here is a list of a couple of muscle building foods that Mother Nature has provided.</p>
<p>1. Fish oils. Not all oils are bad for the diet. Natural fish oils are usually rich in Omega 3 compounds which can even lower bad cholesterol. You can get these by eating oily or fatty fish like wild salmon and tuna. Make sure though that you prepare these yourself, and cook as lightly as possible. You can eat raw tuna, you know. Eschew the canned meats. Smoked salmon meat would be a better alternative to the canned ones, and the frozen tuna meat (no marinade) would serve the same purpose as well. Three servings per week are recommended, but you can always increase more as a great source of protein as well.</p>
<p>2. Red and white meats. Speaking of proteins, you do not have to strictly adhere to a vegan diet, or a fish diet to gain the proteins you need. Choose from a long list of red and white meats available. Most people prefer white meats from poultry products, but a few servings of red meat trimmed off its fatty layers can have the same benefits. Again, it is important to prepare these on your own, and cook with as little artificial flavorings as possible. Use home made marinades, and ditch the condiments altogether. Grill your meats, or boil them in stews (while removing the fatty oil in the water.)</p>
<p>3. Berries, nuts and seeds. Piddling as these are, berries, nuts and seeds contain all the necessary elements that can promote body building. Most berries contain high levels of antioxidants. Seeds are especially rich in fiber and protein as well. Nuts can contain everything from fiber, healthy fats, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E, and zinc. Make sure though that the berries are fresh, and the seeds and nuts are salt and sugar free.</p>

He asks a question to the crowd, &#8220;Which one would you rather eat?&#8221; There is no need to know which one the crowd would prefer. He would say that diet food is food that you won&#8217;t eat for the rest of your life.</p>
<p>The point is this: you need to eat food that you like that will cause you to lose weight. You will not be successful with weight loss with foods that you don&#8217;t enjoy eating. If it came to me, I would rather eat my mom&#8217;s tacos vs. grilled chicken and steamed broccoli. Is it that simple? Yes. You need to be able to eat the foods you enjoy eating to be able to use those foods to lose weight. Any other method will probably cause you to gain the weight back.</p>
<p>Conventional methods of weight loss have you eating &#8216;diet-foods&#8217; and performing extensive long periods of exercise. Now I&#8217;m not saying that exercise is not important. I don&#8217;t know any other form to lose calories fast and plenty of them then through exercise. What I am saying is that weight loss has to be an enjoyable process. You have to do exercise that you enjoy and can continue to do regularly. The same goes for food. You have to be able to use the foods you already enjoy so that you can lose weight. In order for weight loss to take place there are several small factors to consider such as combining your favorite foods with others that cause your body to burn fat instead of storing fat.</p>
<p>The principle of weight loss is the same then as it is now as will be in the future. It&#8217;s about burning more calories than what you consume. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s important to be able to time your meals throughout the day in smaller portions. If say a person loves steak and mashed potatoes, how helpful for weight loss is a plateful of 1lb of steak and a heaping mound of buttered mash potatoes? Yet, there are plenty of restaurants that serve these tremendous disproportionate plates of food. Yet, an easier, smaller portion of food is easier to digest and will cause you to burn fat instead of storing it while enjoying the savory flavors of steak and potatoes.</p>
<p>The foods you enjoy are the same foods you have to use to lose weight. People are resistant to change. People don&#8217;t like change. The foods you enjoy to eat don&#8217;t have to change in order for you to lose weight and keep it off. Just take in consideration other factors so that your body is burning fat instead of storing fat.</p>

Here are some that are the most shocking:</p>
<p>1. Dark chocolate.</p>
<p>While this doesn&#8217;t mean that you should eat a king-size candy bar on a daily basis, researchers have discovered some major benefits of dark chocolate in particular. For particular, it tends to have a higher content of cocoa than milk chocolate or white chocolate does. And the cocoa includes &#8220;flavonoids&#8221;, which function as antioxidants in the body. Dark chocolate also seems to increase blood circulation, and particularly in older adults.</p>
<p>2. Full-fat dairy products.</p>
<p>We now know that high levels of saturated fat in our diets can increase our risk of experiencing major health problems, such as strokes and heart attacks. So what could possibly be healthy about full-fat dairy products? It turns out that full-fat dairy products seem to help boost your metabolism-and thus help you to lose weight. Obviously, you&#8217;ll want to avoid eating a gallon of full-fat yogurt every day. But a moderate amount of full-fat dairy products can actually help to burn calories faster!</p>
<p>3. Avocado.</p>
<p>For many of us, guacamole is basically the only food we consume that contains avocado in it. What&#8217;s so special about it? While low in calories, avocados are high in a various vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, potassium, folate, and copper. Avocados also provide a wide range of health benefits. They&#8217;re fantastic for the heart, help your body to absorb veggies better, and aid the body in combating oral cancer. So it&#8217;s advisable to add more of this mysterious green fruit to your diet, whenever possible.</p>
<p>4. Fatty fish.</p>
<p>Not all fat is &#8220;bad fat&#8221;. Fatty fish is high in &#8220;good fat&#8221; which can significantly help you to maintain a healthy heart. That&#8217;s because these foods are full of something called &#8220;Omegao-3 fatty acids&#8221;. In fact, the American Heart Association suggests that everyone eat fish at least twice weekly. Types of &#8220;fatty fishes&#8221;, which are high in Omega-3, include lake trout, sardines, mackerel, and salmon.</p>
<p>5. Coffee.</p>
<p>Many of us have the impression that coffee is one of the unhealthiest drinks available. Well, it&#8217;s not quite that simple. The main problem with people&#8217;s consumption of coffee is related to how much they drink, and all the extras they add. But in fact, coffee can provide several benefits. Did you know that coffee can improve your mood, reduce the pounding pressure of headaches, and lower your risk of getting cavities? Coffee can also help to reduce your likelihood of getting Parkinson&#8217;s diseases, colon cancer, and diabetes. Moderation is the key, so one or two cups daily is advisable.</p>
<p>While it&#8217;s unlikely that experts will ever consider bacon double cheeseburgers as healthy, it&#8217;s quite unexpected to learn that certain foods are actually good for us. Keep reading, learning, and eating healthy!</p>
